A wide variety of characters race through the fortified city as it is beset by the serial killer, Killer B, and a chain of crimes in this suspense drama by director Kazuto Nakazawa and Production I.G" (Source: Netflix via ANN) This was a really unexpected anime I have watch. It has a fast pacing moments from each episode. This series is really messed up. Even questions of who is who in the outside world. The ending of the series was unexpected. Would hope to see a second season of this series. Would recommend watching this series.
