Fate/Zero Season 2 has 13 episodes. It is a action, fantasy and supernatural. The plot in this is the same in the first season. Has similar spic battles and sad moments. I really wish they just combine the first and second season together than being separate. Still it is kind of okay of separating the series into two seasons. Would recommend watching the second season of Fate/Zero.
